Shipping & Handling
For orders within the contiguous United States, we charge a low flat shipping rate of $5.00 per package.  For orders consisting of extra large items or multiple packages, your card may be charged an additional shipping fee, and we will notify you before we do so.

Your package will ship via the most cost/time efficient method, usually USPS Priority Mail  or FedEx Ground. Please allow 1 day for processing and 2-5 days for shipping.
 
For orders placed outside of the contiguous United States (this includes International orders as well as Canada, Alaska and Hawaii), or if you have a special shipping request (such as rush delivery), please email sales@branchoutshop.com and we will provide you with a custom rate quote.


Return Policy:
Items you are not completely happy with can be exchanged or returned for store credit only. No cash or charge returns will be given. The item(s) must be returned to Branch Out within 14 days of the shipping date in unworn and perfect condition. Return shipping is at your own expense. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.

Please send an email to info@branchoutshop.com telling us the items you wish to return. We will email you back within one business day with a return authorization number. Send returns with the original receipt and the RA# written clearly on the outside of the package to:

We will not accept packages without and RA number and are not responsible for packages not received or received without a receipt.

Items purchased at reduced rates using discount codes are considered sale items so they final sales. No refunds to your card on items purchased with discount codes.
