Shipping & Handling
For orders within the contiguous United States, we charge a low flat rate of $8.00 for all orders under $100.00. For orders consisting of extra large items or multiple packages, additional shipping charges may occur. If this is the case, we will notify you by email or phone call before your credit card is charged. Your package will ship via the most cost/time efficient method, usually USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. Please allow 1 day for processing and 2-5 days for shipping.
For orders placed outside of the contiguous United States (this includes International orders as well as Canada, Alaska and Hawaii), or if you have a special shipping request (such as rush delivery), please email email@example.com and we will provide you with a custom rate quote.
Items you are not completely happy with can be exchanged or returned for store credit only. No cash or charge returns will be given. The item(s) must be returned to Branch Out within 14 days of the shipping date in unworn and perfect condition. Return shipping is at your own expense. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
All sale items are final sales, no refunds to your card on sale items.
Items purchased with discount codes
Items purchased at reduced rates using discount codes are considered sale items so they final sales. No refunds to your card on items purchased with discount codes.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org telling us the items you wish to return. We will email you back within one business day with a return authorization number. Send returns with the original receipt and the RA# written clearly on the outside of the package to:
